Mouths will water once they see and smell this delicious bread pudding. The twist to this bread pudding is it has a Caramel sauce on top. Try it warm, ala mode, or cold. No matter how it is served, everyone will rave over this sweet treat. It is easy to make too! Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease 9 X 13 inch pan and add bread by breaking into pieces and filling pan with the entire loaf. Beat 6 eggs. Add the sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon and stir well. Beat in the Quart of milk and then pour the mixture over the top of the bread making sure all of the pieces are coated. Put uncovered pan in the oven for approximately 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted in the center. After the bread pudding is baked and cooled heat the butter in a small saucepan. Add the brown sugar, vanilla and milk and brink to a hard boil. Boil for about 2 minutes or until the mixture comes to a soft ball stage. Remove from heat and immediately pour over the top of the cooled bread pudding. Serv
