This quick recipe was designed to eat and prepare a delicious dinner fast and at the same time stay away from fast food or take-out, when you are so hungry that you need to eat noooooow. Use a small can of Ravioli if you are preparing one portion, use a large can if you are preparing for 4 people. In a microwave able dish layer Ravioli, Sauce from the Ravioli can, Ricotta Cheese. Repeat the above steps at least once, the last layer should be Ravioli. Sprinkle ready made Bread Crumbs over the last layer of Ravioli. Grate Cheddar Cheese generously over the Bread Crumbs for a nice crust. Microwave at high heat 2-3 minutes or until done for the small portion. Microwave at high heat 5 minutes or until done for the larger portion. serve with any kind of salad and Voila Bon Apetit!
