Using a lightly greased paper towel lightly oil and flour your cake pans and set aside. In a large mixing bowl mix together your homemade cake mix and 9 Tsp. of cocoa powder. Using an electric mixer beat in ½ cup of your milk for approximately 2 minutes. Now add your eggs, remaining ½ cup of milk and margarine and continue to beat together for an additional 2 minutes.
