How Do You Make Double Layer Mint Fudge?
• Cover a 13 x 9″ pan with foil. Make sure that the foil goes over the pan sides. Lightly butter the foil to avoid stickiness. • Melt the chocolate chips over low heat. Stir the chocolate until it’s a smooth texture. • Remove from the heat and add the chocolate frosting. • Stir ingredients together and spread on foil. Place pan in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. • Melt the vanilla chips over low heat. Stir the chips until it’s a smooth texture. • Remove it from the heat and add the vanilla frosting and food drops. • Stir the ingredients together and fold & stir in the crushed peppermint candy. • Use a plastic spatula to spread the vanilla peppermint mix over the chilled chocolate layer. • Use the chopped chocolate bars as a garnish by sprinkling on top. • Refrigerate for about an hour. Lift the foil carefully, so you can lift the fudge from the pan. Cut the fudge in 13 x 9 rows. Store at room temperature.
