Place a large skillet at least two inches deep on the stove, and fill with about an inch of vegetable oil. A cast iron skillet or other non stick frying pan will work best. Turn the heat to medium and warm the oil. Open a can of biscuits and separate. Regular cheap biscuits seem to work best for these donuts. Using your fingers, poke a small hole in the middle of each biscuit. A hole about the same width as your fingers should work just fine.
