This recipe is how to make homemade gravy from turkey stock drippings (you can use it for chicken drippings as well). It is extremely easy with only a few ingredients and only takes a few minutes to make. This recipe has major flavor! You have two choices. You can either make the gravy right in the roasting pan or you can pour the gravy out into a separate container. Unless you have baked on goodness in the pot I don’t see a reason to leave it in the pan. Instead pour it into a large measuring cup. Unless you’re an expert at making gravy it’s easier to do it this way because you know how much stock you’re working with. Warm up your frying pan on medium heat. If you have at least 2 cups of stock drippings then put a half cup of white flour in the frying pan. Slowly add the stock to the flour while you whisk it.
