Read on to learn how to make the easy no bake chocolate oatmeal cookies… In a large sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add in sugar, cocoa and milk. Adjust heat to medium-high and whisk ingredients together to combine. Bring mixture to a rapid boil and allow it boil for 2 minutes while stirring continuously. Remove from heat and immediately stir in peanut butter, vaniila and oats. Add oats little by little. Mixture will be thick. Once combined and oats are coated, drop cookie mixture by large spoonfuls onto wax paper or cookie sheet. Cookies will “set up” and harden within about 10 minutes. Serve warm.
