How Do You Make Easy Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting?
This easy-to-make chocolate frosting will cover an 8-inch, round layer cake. Boil water in a double boiler or in the microwave. Melt the chocolate in the top of the double boiler or in a bowl placed over the heated water. Allow chocolate to cool slightly. Stir in sour cream and salt. Frost the top of one cake layer. Put the second layer on top of the first. Frost the top and sides of the cake.
