I know that when I boil eggs I want the egg shell to peel easily, especially if I an making deviled eggs. Here are some simple steps to make sure that your boiled eggs turn out perfectly every time. Start by filling the pan half way with cold water. Add the eggs and make sure the water is covering them. Add more water if needed. Put the pan on the stove and turn on HI. When the water starts to boil turn the heat down slightly to MED/HI. Set the timer to 15 minutes. When the timer goes off, turn off the stove and carefully move the pan to the sink. Empty some of the hot water out of the pan and start running the cold water in it. Let the cold water run in the pan for a few minuets. Then turn off sink.
