HOW TO MAKE EASY AND HEALTHY VEGETARIAN PASTA SALAD: While pasta is cooking, chop your favorite veggies into bite size chunks. I like broccoli, orange peppers, cauliflower, squash, tomato, onion, and a few others best, but you can add whichever are your favorites. After pasta is cooked al dente (according to package directions) and drained, add to a large bowl with all the chopped veggies. Stir. Add Italian dressing and a little garlic and other favorite spices, stir very well. Taste too see if more dressing is needed. Only add a little at a time. Serve warm or chill
