Hope you enjoy my recipe and delicious meatball subs! 1 ½ lb ground beef 1 medium onion (small chopped) 1 Bell Pepper (small chopped) 1 TBS Garlic Powder 1 TBS Garlic Salt 2 Eggs 1 TSP crushed dried red peppers ¼ TSP Black Pepper Mix all these ingredients together and roll into standard size meatballs. Pre-Fry the meatballs until done in a heavy skillet. Try not to brown them too much. Drain and remove from skillet and set aside in bowl or plate. 1 Jar Ragu Spaghetti Sauce ½ Onion Bring this mixture to a rolling boil in the same skillet you fried your meatballs in, keeping stirred to keep it from burning. Drop prepared meatballs into hot spaghetti sauce/onion mixture and lower heat and let simmer stirring ocassionally. Cover with lid.
