How Do You Make Fabric Wall Panels?

0

Fabric wall panels are a great way to add color, style and texture to any wall without the use of paint. They can be a temporary or permanent solution to any drab wall space. Fabric wall panels can be created in many different sizes and styles. Applying a panel to the top or bottom portion of a wall is a great way to add dimension to a wall. Certain wall panels can even help absorb sound and balance out the acoustics in a room. Measure your wall with the measuring tape to determine what size your wall panels should be. Cut a piece of plywood to the desired size for your wall panel using the saw. Cut your desired fabric to fit the size of the plywood. Leave an excess of about 4 to 5 inches of fabric on all four sides. Spread the fabric out on the floor or a large table. Cut three sheets of batting to fit the size of the plywood. Leave about 1 inch of excess batting on all four sides. Evenly place all three sheets of batting on top of the fabric. Fabric will be about 3 to 4 inches longer
