Grate as much Romano cheese as you would like in your Alfredo sauce. Pour a cup of heavy cream and add one-half cup of butter into a nonstick pan. Heat on low until the butter melts. Stir into the saucepan the Parmesan cheese, some Romano cheese to taste, 1/2 tsp. of salt and a dash of black pepper. Continue to heat the pan until the sauce has slightly thickened.
