How Do You Make Floating Pumpkins Or Ghosts For Halloween?
I always think of Charlie Brown in the pumpkin patch when I make floating pumpkins. These decorations can be placed on the front porch or out in the yard. If using the decorations for indoor use, use in a large open space because the pumpkins can be rather large. If you don’t want to make pumpkins, you can make floating ghost instead. These decorations will appear to be floating out of the depths of shear scary ness … well maybe. Purchase helium filled balloons and place 3 to 4 balloons inside of the trash bag. At this point, you may either add or decrease the number of balloons inside the trash bag for the floating pumpkin. If making a floating ghost with a small trash bag, you may need only one trash bag for a baby ghost. Three to four for a large floating ghost; experiment with the number of balloons needed for each decoration. Tie the bottom of the trash bags with clear fishing line.
