Most of the ingredients can be found in your kitchen, grocery or local crafts stores. Pour four cups of warm water into the bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of borax. Stir water and borax until the borax has completely dissolved. Add 1 tablespoon of glue to the borax and water mixture. Add 1/8 teaspoon of glow-in-the-dark paint or powder. Use a spoon or your hands to mix everything together. Keep blending and kneading until the mixture achieves the texture of silly putty. Store the putty in a plastic zip bag or sealed container to keep it from evaporating.
