This pasta dish can be served at any occasion and either as a meal or side dish. Try this with a side of green salad. Serves 4 people. • Set aside 100 grams of the blue cheese for garnish. Crumble up the rest in a saucepan over high heat. Add the double cream into the pan as well. • Wait until the cheese turns into a boil and then turn the heat down. Simmer and season with salt and pepper. • Fill a large pot halfway with water. Sprinkle some salt in the water and add the olive oil. Place the lid on, and bring the water to a boil. • Add the pasta to the water pot and cook the noodles for 11 minutes. • Drain the pasta with a colander. • Place the pasta in a bowl. Add the walnuts and parsley. • Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta mixture and mix everything together. Serve onto individual plates and add final touches of garnishes with some leftover walnuts and parsley.
