This recipe is so simple, and it makes a moist, tender chicken that your family will love. So, dust off the barbecue and have a cook out. Preheat your barbecue grill. Rinse chicken with cool water and pat dry with a paper towel. Roll lemon on the counter, and cut in half. Squeeze the juice into a small bowl. Make sure you remove any seeds. Peel and crush 3 cloves of garlic and add to lemon juice. Add 2 TBSP rosemary to the lemon juice. Add 1 tsp white pepper to the lemon juice. Stir to combine ingredients.
