How Do You Make Ginger Orange Juice?

0

Ginger orange juice is a delicious treat. It’s made with fresh or prepackaged crushed ginger and orange juice- incredible simple but very delicious! You can make a large batch or just a cup at a time. It’s also easy to substitute other citrus juices like tangerine, grapefruit, or even lemon. I use fresh-squeezed juice, but store-bought works just fine. Squeeze your juice or get out your store-bought juice. Measure out the amount you want to make into a pot using cups. You can make any size batch your pot will hold. Add one teaspoon of ginger for each cup of juice. For example, an eight cup batch of juice will have eight teaspoons of crushed ginger. Put the pot on the stove and heat until boiling. Allow to boil for about five minutes. Watch the pot carefully, as boiling juice can bubble up and overflow pretty quickly. Pour the juice through a strainer. Careful- it’s hot. You can drink the juice warm or put it into the fridge to cool down.
