If you need an idea for a dessert to take to a party, or if you just want eclairs (or cream puffs), but don’t have the time or patience to stuff each individual pastry and all that jazz, try this recipe. It tastes just like individual eclairs, but is much easier. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray (size) cookie sheet with cooking spray. Set aside. Combine butter and water in medium saucepan.
