How Do You Make Great Homemade Pizza?
Homemade pizza is something that everybody loves. The only problem is trying to find a recipe that works for you. Some are really complex and hard to follow. This tutorial will show you how to make a simple pizza that still takes great! Put water, yeast, sugar, and salt into a mixing bowl. Let sit until you can see yeast bubbles forming. (this usually takes about 10 minutes.) Put in flour a little at a time until dough is not too sticky to knead, but not too stiff. Knead your dough on a lightly floured counter top until it’s smooth. Let the dough rise for at least 30 minutes, but ideally for an hour. Preheat your oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. Split dough into pieces. (Usually about three, but it depends on the size of your pan.) Sprinkle corn meal onto each pan. Stretch the dough to fit your pan size. (or, if you’re really adventurous you could try tossing it.) Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce onto each pizza. Put on other toppings like cheese, mushrooms, or pepperoni. Bake for 8-
