At the end of the gardening season, it never fails that there are tons of green tomatoes. They just never seem to ripen after a point. It seems like such a waist to let them rot on the vines. Take all of the vegetables in the ingredients, and then grind them all up well. Grind them to your personal preference of texture. I like mind grounded as fine as possible. Drain the liquid from the ground vegetables. Simmer the vinegar, sugar and spices until sugar is completely dissolved. Add the ground vegetables to the pot and allow the mixture to come to a boil. Stir occasionally. Once the mixture has reached a good boil, reduce the heat and allow it to cook for about 10 minutes. Transfer into sterilized canning jars and seal. Allow them to cool.
