My favorite part of summer is that salmon is in season. I have a great grilled salmon recipe that is buttery and citrus all at the same time. You can serve this grilled salmon with brown rice and your favorite vegetable. This grilled salmon great for entertaining. Before you grill the salmon you will start the beurre blanc sauce. Mix the white wine, vinegar, thyme, peppercorns, garlic, lemon, and orange in a medium saucepan over hi heat. Reduce to ΒΌ of what you started with. It will be thick and syrup like. Strain the sauce through a fine mesh strainer. Turn heat off and whisk butter in slowly. Lightly oil the grill. Salt and pepper both sides of the salmon and place the topside of the salmon down first on a hot part of the grill. Flip half way through cooking gently and move to a cooler part of the grill. Grill the salmon until it is flaky.
