This may not sound like an easy recipe, BUT it is! This is such a delicious and elegant dish. Impress your best! Ingredients: Sauce: 1/2 c. Sour Cream 2 tablespoons horseradish Chopped fresh basil ( to your taste) 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon soy sauce Salmon: Fresh Salmon fillets Non – stick spray for your grill Olive oil 1 tablespoon horseradish 1 tablespoon soy sauce 3 cloves of garlic, minced salt & pepper (to taste) For your sauce: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt & pepper. Cover and place in refrigerator. For the Salmon: Spray your grill. Whisk the olive oil, horseradish, soy sauce, garlic and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Brush over both sides of your salmon filets. Grill your salmon. Place your salmon on your serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley or chopped fresh dill. You can also garnish with capers. Take the sauce from the refrigerator. Place some across your salmon fillets and the rest of the sauce, place in a small bowl on the table.
