Make a Holiday Ham the Gullah/Geechee way. Wash the Ham/Picnic thoroughly. Cut away excess fat. Place Ham/Picnic in large, deep, boiling pot. Add approximately half a gallon to a gallon of water. Boil Ham/Picnic for half an hour. Remove from large, deep, boiling pot. Place in roaster. Cook at 350- 375 degrees for 2 hours. Baste with own juices and Coca Cola; alternating every twenty minutes to half and hour. Serves 6-8.
