Yield: 40 pinwheels Lay out your five slices of ham on a plate or tray that will fit in your freezer. Beat cream cheese until smooth and stir in all the remaining ingredients except the ham. Divide the mixture into five parts and spread one-fifth of the mixture evenly on each ham slice. Roll the ham lengthwise and place seam side down on your plate or tray and place the ham rolls in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from the freezer and slice each roll into about 8 pieces. Insert a toothpick through each slice. Let warm to room temperature and serve.
