How Do You Make Hawaiian Teriyaki Marinade?

0

I learned to make this recipe while I lived in Hawaii. It is like no other marinade I’ve ever tasted. For Steak, use a boneless Rib Eye, itt is the best cut for this recipe. You can also use cut up chicken in place of the Rib Eye. Cut the steak diagonally and then in pieces. Put Steak in Marinade. Refrigerate over night. The longer it soaks in the Marinade the better it is. You can BBQ or pan fry. If you fry in a pan make sure you cook it on high heat until it is carmelized, then reduce heat to medium and cook until done to your liking. You can bake the Chicken in the oven for 1 hour. Mix Soy sauce, sugar, garlic and ginger in large bowl until there are no lumps. Cut your meat to the desired portion sizes. Place meat in marinade and soak over night. You can soak for 4 hours, but overnight is best.
