How Do You Make Healthy Peanut Butter Balls?
Here is an easy recipe for you, your family, and your friends to enjoy. These peanut butter balls are so delicious, the recipient won’t even know they have healthy ingredients! It is highly requested in my family. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, and powdered milk together until well blended. Add another 2 cups of any of the optional dry ingredients that you want. For example you could add 1 cup unsweetened coconut, 1/2 cup wheat germ, and 1/2 cup oatmeal. Mix well with the peanut butter mixture. Spoon the final mixture into the empty wax lining of a cereal box. Use the rolling pin to roll the mixture flat and conform it to the shape of the wax lining. At this point you can either place the sheet of peanut butter mixture into the refrigerator or you can tear open the wax lining along the seam to expose the peanut butter mixture.
