This Candy soooo good. We make this for holidays and I always get raves from the people who eat it. It is habit forming. First you will need to grind the Walnuts into a fine texture. Second you will need to shave the chocolate bars into fine shaving. I shave my bars by freezing them first and then using a sharp knife to shave them. You may need to break the bars in half and keep half in the freezer while you shave them so they don’t melt. Spread 1/2 of the nuts on a butcher paper lined cookie sheet and then cover with and the shaved chocolate. Butcher paper is great for making candy because the finished product will not stick to it. After the nuts and chocolate are spread on the cookie sheet you will start making the toffee. Cook sugar, butter, and water to 280 degrees over medium heat. After the butter dissolves-DON’T STIR.
