How Do You Make Holiday Cotton Ball Crafts With Kids?
Having fun with cotton balls is child’s play – literally! You can make these inexpensive holiday stocking decorations with your kids in an afternoon. Making these Christmas decorations is a fun way to spend family time together, decorate your home and create holiday memories all at the same time. Use the pencil to draw a stocking shape on your construction paper. Make it any size you like. Use the scissors to cut out the stocking shapes. Apply glue dots in a horizontal line at the top of each stocking. Stick cotton balls along the glue line to create a “fleece” stocking top. Decorate your stocking with glue and apply glitter to make it sparkle. Add a dot of glue to the back of the stocking top. Apply a piece of ribbon to the glue dot on the back of the stocking. Once the glue is dry, use the ribbon to hang up your stockings around the house. What a dazzling way to decorate for Christmas!
