How Do You Make Holiday Snowball Cookies?

Holiday Snowball Cookies are absolutely my favorite and I know everyone will enjoy them! Preheat your oven to 375° F before you start making the cookies. Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla extract & salt in large mixer bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in the flour. Stir in the white chocolate chips & the finely chopped nuts. Shape tablespoons of dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake the cookies for 10 – 12 minutes or until cookies are set & lightly browned. Remove the cookies from the oven. Sift powdered sugar over hot cookies on baking sheet. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes. Remove the cookies to a wire rack and let them cool completely. You can sift more powdered sugar over the cookies if you would like. Remember to store the cookies in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
