Bananas are great for cooking. Here is a recipe for both banana nut bread and banana pudding both homemade. To make banana nut bread you will need 2 eggs 3 bananas 1/2 cup butter 3 tablespoons milk 1 teaspoon vinegar 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup chopped nuts In a small bowl mix 3 tablespoons of milk and 1 teaspoon of vinegar together. Put aside. Mash three bananas together and place in bowl with milk. Begin adding the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Heat oven to 325 degrees, Grease and flour a loaf pan and pour mixture in pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Poke with toothpick or a fork to see if its done.
