How Do You Make Homemade Chocolate Fudge Brownies From Scratch?

Nothing is better than a fudgy, homemade brownie warm from the oven. This is my Aunt Betsy’s recipe, given to me in 1976 when I was 10 years old. Much better than a boxed mix! Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl and set aside. Melt chocolate squares in double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth. Mix together beaten eggs, vanilla, and (cooled) melted chocolate. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon by hand. Fold in nuts. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until center is set.
