It’s usually found at fruit stands, although grocery stores may carry it. It tastes better and if you eat a teaspoonful a day it can help to ease allergies to local grass, trees and plants. Mix the honey with the lemon juice. Stir slowly and slowly add the warm water until it’s mixed together well. Use one or two teaspoons every 2 to 3 hours or as needed. You can store this safely in the refrigerator for many months. If it gets separated or a little too hard to spoon easily, just warm it up a little in the microwave.
