Drain the garbanzo beans (chickpeas) and place in a mini food chopper or food processor. Add the cilantro leaves and the clove of garlic. Turn on the chopper and blend until smooth. Add one tablespoon of olive oil and the red pepper without seeds. Blend again until smooth. Scoop into a bowl. Garnish the hummus with a sprinkling of paprika, a cilantro leaf, and a pinch of sesame seeds, pine nuts, olives, or feta cheese.
