You will need romaine lettuce, 1 cup olive oil, 1 cup white wine, ½ cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of crushed garlic, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ cup fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon oregano, ¼ cup of grated Romano cheese. First mix oil and vinegar and shake well. Next you want to add garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, and white wine and grated Romano. Place contents in a dressing shaker and shake vigorously for about 5 minutes. If dressing separates shake an additional 2 minutes. Finally, serve over romaine lettuce, diced hard-boiled egg, onions, and garlic crotons. You can substitute the balsamic vinegar with regular wine vinegar if desired. Homemade dressing will keep up to a week if properly refrigerated.
