A perfect way to use leftover white rice is to make a sweet simple concoction. A perfect dessert for your Asian inspired meal or as a down home comfort food. The beautiful thing about rice pudding is that it makes a sweet way to get rid of leftover rice. But you can use freshly cooked rice for the recipe if you so need to.
