In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp. corn oil. Add the onions and cook until they became translucent. Add the beef and taco seasoning. Cook until beef is done. Arrange the shredded lettuce in the tortilla bowls. Tortilla bowls are available in Mexican stores or in the ethnic food aisle in American stores. Spread the beef over the lettuce. Sprinkle tomatoes, cheese, spring onions and olives around the bowl. Top off the salad off with taco sauce and sour cream.
