Thoroughly cook the chicken breasts in a pan over medium heat. Make sure to grill the chicken roughly 7 minutes on each side. 3. Place artichoke hearts, cucumber and onion slices, chickpeas, and 1 tbsp of honey mustard in a bowl. 4. Add salt and pepper to the filling as needed and toss to coat. 5.
