How Do You Make Hot Chocolate Sauce?
• Chop the chocolate roughly. • Place the chocolate, cream, golden syrup and butter into a medium pan. • Stir over a low heat until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth. Serve on top of ice cream straight away.
