How Do You Make Hot Spinach And Artichoke Dip Healthier?

I love the hot spinach and artichoke dip at the Olive Garden. What I don’t like is the fat and calories that comes with it! I have found many great recipes for this appetiser and have tweeked them to my liking. It is a really easy and quick recipe to throw together. I love making it for get togethers and watching football on Sundays! Enjoy!!! Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Gather all of the ingredients. Measure out the garlic and season salt mix together in a small bowl and set aside. In a large mixing bowl add the parmesan cheese, garlic salt mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Take a fork and mix thoroughly and set aside. Open the can of artichokes and drain. Pour them onto a paper towel to drain the hearts of their juices. Chop them as finely as you like. I prefer smaller pieces. Add them to the dry mixture. Take the thawed spinach and pat dry with a paper towel as well. You don’t want too much water it will be soupy. To the mixing bowl of dry ingredients add the mayo, spinach, and hearts
