I love naan bread but I find store-bought ones just doesn’t taste the same as a real naan bread that’s done at home. Here’s a good easy to follow recipe on how to achive that perfect naan bread. Place the sugar and yeast in a small bowl. Add warm water and mix well till yeast has dissolved. Let stand for 10 mins till mixture becomes frothy. Place the flour in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add the ghee and salt. Pour the yeast mixture in. Use both hands, mix well and form dough. Add more water if required. Turn the dough onto a floured board or counter. Knead for 5 mins till you get a smooth texture. Return the dough to the bowl, cover and let rise in a WARM PLACE for 1 1/2 hours or till the dough doubles in size. Preheat boiler to very hot. Turn dough onto a floured counter and knead for additional 2 mins. Break into small balls and pat into circles. Place dough circles onto greashed sheet of foil and cook under hot broiler (7 to 10 mins). Turn twice and brush with butter
