How Do You Make Inexpensive Halloween Costumes For Children?

When my children were young I did not always have a lot of money to spend on Halloween costumes. I had to learn inexpensive and easy ways to make them. Here are just a couple of them that were my favorites. The first thing you will need to do is wrap the cardboard box in the gift wrap. Place the box over your child's head after measuring and cutting out a hole for the head and arms. The legs can fit through the open side of the box. After you have fitted it properly take the ribbon and wrap the box like a large gift. Make a large bow from the same ribbon and tie around the child's head to make the costume complete. The child can wear anything under this costume to stay warm and it won't be seen. The white tights complete the costume. My daughter won a contest with this one!
