Spread a layer of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of the pan. Cook shells according to package directions. Drain. For filling, combine ricotta, cottage cheese, eggs, salt, parsley, parmesan, pepper, and mozzarella. Stuff each shell with cheese mixture. Place shells in prepared pan. Top with additional sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with additional sauce and parmesan cheese.
