Craving some Italian Meatball Soup or just want to try something different… Well here is a delicious recipe that will get your taste buds going for sure… ((and it is kid friendly)) Ohh and one more thing it is not cheating on your diet either… Healthy and nutritious! Go to the store and pick up some yummy meatballs, the sweetest sweet peas, fresh plumpy tomatoes, basil leaves, garlic, oregano, and ((The best part)) beef broth. Get home and grab your biggest sauce pan! Not too big maybe just like a 14 inch one… Chop up tomatoes, garlic, and oregano. Chop Chop Chop… and if you have one of those things like the chopper ((UUHHH those things are awesome)) Put everything in the pan and stir it up! Easy enough… Moving on… Turn dial to medium high heat… Once it starts boiling and bubbling turn the heat down! ((Medium – Low)) Keep the goodness uncovered and let cook for 10 minutes… stirring occasionally. Check to make sure meatballs are cooked completely… Makes 4 Servings so
