How Do You Make Jello Gelatin Shots?
The perfect way to liven up any party! Jello, gelatin shots are the perfect answer. These easy to make mini-cocktails set up in just a couple hours time, and keep for several days ahead of time. All in all, if you’re pressed for time, you can still make these delicious little morsels! Step 1 Bring 1 cup water to a boil. Step 2 Add boiling water and 1 box gelatin in a mixing bowl. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Step 3 Add 3-4 ice cubes into the gelatin. After the ice has melted, Measure 1 cup of vodka, rum or tequila (any flavor liquor) and pour into gelatin mixture. Note: you can make double batches, just double everything water, and alcohol alike. Step 4 Stir well, and pour into individual shot cups. Refrigerate about two hours/ or until set. People use all types of containers, such as nut cups ice trays or I’ve even seen them made in baking dishes like a bar or brownie pan then cut into squares. It’ all personal preference!
