How Do You Make Low-Fat Chicken Spinach Wraps?

[Quick and Easy Recipe #20] My 9 year old son gave me this recipe from his cooking class at day camp. It’s so delicious and easy that I HAD to share it. These can be made in minutes and they’re light, delicious, healthy, low fat, and easy. How great is that? Plus as a mother, I’m always interested in healthy snacks and meals that my kids actually LIKE! With summer picnic season right around the corner, these Chicken and Spinach wraps are a sure winner for every family, individual, party, luncheon, or road trip. Here’s how to make them: If you don’t want to, or don’t have the time to cook fresh chicken breasts, you can always sub canned chicken breast. All you have to do is cut the chicken breast into bite sized pieces, put it in a Ziploc baggie and add Low Fat Italian dressing. Let this mixture marinate for as long as you like. If you don’t have time to marinate, it doesn’t ruin things. As you can see in the picture, I didn’t have time to cut my chicken breast first, so I just marinate
