How Do You Make Mango Pickle (Indian Style)?
• Cut the raw mangoes into tiny pieces. • In a heated pan, pour 2-3 teaspoons of sesame oil. • Add the mustard and fenugreek seeds. • Once the mustard seeds burst, add the chilli powder, asafoetida powder and mix well and turn of the heat. • Once the pan is off the heat, add the cut raw mango pieces and add necessary amount of salt and mix well. Yummy mango pickle is ready to eat!
