How Do You Make Mango Souffle?
If you’re looking for something different to serve at summertime get-togethers, try a creamy and refreshing mango souffle. This souffle is fluffy, light and just sweet enough, and the tropical flavor makes it a unique dessert for a hot day. Place the warm water in a bowl, and add the plain gelatin. Stir the mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved, and then add the powdered sugar. Set the bowl aside, and allow it to cool completely. Beat the whipping cream and granulated sugar until it’s thick and fluffy. Put the bowl of whipped cream over a larger bowl of ice, and stir in the mango pulp. Add the cooled gelatin to the mango mixture, and stir it until well blended. Beat the egg whites in a separate small mixing bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold into the mango mixture. Pour the mango souffle into a serving bowl, and let it chill in the refrigerator overnight. Top the mango souffle with whipped cream, and garnish it with a few freshly sliced mangos.
