How Do You Make Marinated Flank Steak?
For a busy household, this is great when served with veggies or a salad. Just stick it in the refrigerator to marinade while you’re at work and cook it when you get home! Combine all ingredients except the steak. Place the steak in a gallon-sized freezer bag and pour in the marinade, reserving 1/4 cup for later. Close the bag tightly and shake gently. Stick this in the refrigerator for up to 24hrs, but for at least 4. Remove steak from the bag, discarding the marinade. Grill, covered on medium, until desired doneness is reached, basting twice with the reserved 1/4 cup marinade. Slice into thin slices against the grain before serving.
