How Do You Make Mexican Chicken In The Crock Pot?

0

This recipe for Mexican/taco chicken in the crock pot is so easy you will wonder why didn’t I think of this myself? It tastes great on nachos, tacos, enchiladas or use your imagination! It is also very good just out of a bowl by itself if you are watching carbs. Plug in your crock pot and turn it to low. Pour both cans of chicken broth into the crock pot. Add the taco seasoning packet and stir it up really good. A whisk works well for this step. Add in your chicken breast. There is no need to cut them up. Place the lid on your crock pot. Let it cook for approx. 6-8 hrs on low. I shred it a little throughout the day as it cooks. Drain the chicken and shred it all. It works best to use two forks and shred. Use it on whatever sounds good. I make enchiladas and pour cheese sauce over them. You can also do nachos, tacos, or whatever sounds good!
